So you backed into something, and smashed up the light on your SEA DOO MOVE trailer. Ok if you don't want people to know that you backed into something, then the light simply broke off while driving down a bumpy gravel road. Whatever the case may be, the team at SEA DOO made it really easy for anyone to replace a rear tail light on the SEA DOO MOVE trailers. Just follow these easy steps below, and you'll be done in no time, and no it's not a whole weekend job either, it'll only take about 7 - 10 mins. We've also added a video below to help you out as well.

STEP 1 - Order a new light from your local SEA DOO dealership, in our case Northshore Power Sports, in Echo Bay, ON. Make sure you let them know which side it is.

STEP 2 - Remove the 2 rear nuts behind the light, which fasten the light to the trailer frame. then simply remove the light fixture from the trailer frame.

STEP 3 - IMPORTANT: No soldering required, DO NOT start cutting wires. Start pulling the wires out of the frame, you may need to remove the rubber seal, until the connectors are exposed. Disconnect the wires from the broken tail light, then connect the wires to the new tail light.

STEP 4 - Mount the new light back onto the trailer frame, and fasten the nuts snug, NOT too tight, remember your mounting plastic to steel. That's it

Be sure to check that both lights are functioning properly before hitting the road again. Enjoy!
