So the Bombardier umbrella (Can Am, SKI DOO, SEA DOO) have developed an amazing universal product that allows you to quickly secure accessories to your toys. The system is called LinQ. Is it revolutionary... well yes and no! We would say it's more along the lines of convenient and brilliant. So know when you buy yourself a brand new sled, or CAN AM product, they will come setup to work with this new LinQ system. All you have to do is install the brackets, and quick-attach your accessory and you're all set. Wait... hold up... so in order to get this fantastic convenient system I have to first buy something brand new... what about my old sled, won't they fit on it as well? Well there's no yes or no answer to that, the only thing we can say is that we've successfully installed a set on our 1996 MXZ 670. Check it out!

How It's Done

Do some research on some of the available LinQ accessories, go to your local dealer, buy it, then bring it home to set it up. When a new accessory, like a gas can, is purchased it will come with the LinQ mounting hardware. Place your accessory in a desired location on the tunnel of the sled, then mark out the holes for you LinQ brackets. IMPORTANT: Make sure you do not drill into your radiator in the sled tunnel. After drilling your holes, use the mounting hardware to fasten the brackets to your sled. That's it! Now just install your accessory and you're good to go.
