1up Riding or 2up Riding? Why not both with the 1+1 Complete Seat System by BRP | SKI DOO Reviews

BRP always ceases to amaze its customers by not only providing them with an amazing riding experience, but also with its endless choices of quality accessories, which make that amazing riding experience EPIC!

BRP has revolutionized the snowmobile accessory market with their LinQ integrated products. The LinQ system enables riders to quickly changeout accessories without removing nuts and bolts, this provides the rider with endless accessory choices. Riders may want extra storage packs, or a spare gas can, or even a passenger seat loaded with tons of optional accessories. If you've thought of it, they have it as an option.

Recently back in 2015, BRP released the LinQ system 1+1 seating arrangement. This system enables riders to quickly convert their 1up weekend powder rider, to a 2up weekend trail rider with their significant other.

I mean, look at the design and beauty of this seat. Ok so most snowmobiles don't look so "cool" with a 2up seat on it, and yes most people avoid putting a 2up seat on their snowmobile because they rarely ever ride 2up as well. BRP knew this so they thought to themselves, why can't you have both? With BRP's LinQ system, the 2up can quickly be switched out with your original 1up seat, so you can hit up the powder and not worry about tripping over the back seat when performing a quick rail transfer.

With our recent 2016 SKI DOO Summit SP 600 Etec 146 snowmobile purchase by BRP, we added on the new LinQ 1+1 seat with backrest and its options. The options include, heated hand grips, wind guards, and heated visor plug-in. So how much does all that cost, well it's definitely not cheap. Contact your local SKI DOO dealer, and I'm sure they'll be more than happy to give you a great deal however, be ready to pay over $1,000 just for the 1+1 seat with a backrest, not including the other options and installation. The boys over at our local dealer in Echo Bay, ON, Northshore Sports and Auto, hooked us up with a great price when we purchased the new sled.
